People think that healthy diet is something complex in nature and it tastes horrible as well but that is not true at all. All you have to do is to make some positive and healthy changes to your existing diet plan in order to achieve good results. Many people don't even realize how unhealthy their diet is until they contract health issues related to consuming unhealthy diet. You don't necessarily have to follow complicated recipes instead just keep it simple. Whereas when you are frying something you have to stand there otherwise it will get burnt.

Oven baked cooking involves the use of oil or fat in lesser amounts and the cooking method ensures the food is thoroughly cooked and nothing remains raw or under cooked. Eating a healthy meals does not imply that you stop consuming things you love. Rather its about changing the method of cooking or the types of ingredients that you use. Just a few little changes do make a big difference so there is nothing drastic that you have to change in your diet.

Excessive use of oil and fat in your diet could lead to certain health complications so in order to avoid contracting those problems keep your intake as low as possible. For instance, if you cook curry for two person, you will only have to use 1 teaspoon of oil instead of pouring in half a cup.

Also, limit the amount of spices, salt and sugar that you put in your food. You can still have your dessert but the healthy ones, like you may swap yogurt instead of cream, brown sugar in place of white sugar, semi skimmed milk rather than using whole milk and so on. Also, try to keep the size of your portions a bit smaller than usual as it could be the case where your portion sizes are too big.

Eating good food not only keeps you in good health but you are also saved from contracting certain illnesses. Its all about making positive changes to your diet plan and following recipes that are easy to make and are not time consuming at all.
